What we collect

We don't sell your data. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run third-party analytics.

Why we use it (lawful bases)

Your drawings stay private

Your drawings and projects are private to your account. We never share them with other customers or publish them. They are processed only to provide the service to you. Automated tools, including AI-assisted processing, help read and measure drawings. That processing is done for you only, and we don't use your drawings to train any public AI model.

Sign in with Google

If you choose Sign in with Google, we ask Google only for the basic openid, email and profile scopes. We use them to create your account or sign you in. We don't access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.

Limited Use disclosure: Off The Drawings' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who helps us run the service (processors)

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and projects while your account is active, and delete them on request. We may remove projects that have been inactive for a long time; if we do, we'll email you beforehand so you can download them. Some records may be kept for longer where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and to object to how we use it. Email support@offthedrawings.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
